Carolyn Johnson was a dream to work with. She completely took the stress out of planning our trip to Croatia, which couldn’t have been easy since there were 12 of us that she did the planning for. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Carolyn again.

It was a pleasure working with David! He provided us with so much information and held our hands through the process as this was our first European trip. All went well with flights and transfers with the exception when returning from Dublin to Atlanta. Our flight left 1 1/2 hours late so we had to run to get our connecting flight with only a few minutes to spare. This was not his fault, Collette did not give us much layover time to begin with. David’s guidance and tips were very accurate. If we travel overseas again we will definitely go back to David at Bursch Travel.

I have had Bursch Travel arrange my travel for several years. When our vacation was abruptly interrupted by COVID, our agent was able to get us a flight within a day or two to get home. When our airline decided to cancel a flight, our agent Edie was able to find us a new flight, our vacation was not impacted. In both situations and others, it wasn’t me having to figure it out. In this day and age of “I book it myself” I will always “contact Edie at Bursch” because the price is minimal and the rest is stress free!! Thanks Edie!

I chose Emily Hollerman of Burch Travel to help plan the trip of a lifetime to Alaska. She was amazing! She truly listened to what I wanted and carefully crafted a plan for my cruise. Emily was able to book our four couples amid ship on a Princess cruise. I had some issues with Princess and their app and she quickly fixed the the problem. Enlisting her services was money well spent. I had no travel hassles and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely use Emily and Burch Travel again.

Our travel advisor is Jennifer Nangle. This was our 2nd trip experience with Jennifer. My husband Duane & I experienced a 36 day European vacation starting in Bordeaux, FR on board the Avalon. From there we went to Paris to continue our vacation. There were 3 other couples that joined us for these 2 parts to our vacation. It was a fabulous start to our vacation. After day 13 Duane & I continued on to the Hi-lites of Spain & Portugal 13 day bus trip. We finished the final 10 days of our vacation in Italy. There were 6 air flights, 2 train rides, car rental & 2 water taxis to get us from place to place. Starting with the initial call to Jennifer to begin the process of putting our trip together to the last details for car rental, final train rides & 2 water taxis in Venice, we cannot express enough how much we appreciate Jennifer because everything worked like clock work. The Pocket Travel she put together included itinerary for the entire trip! Thank you, Jennifer. It was a trip of a lifetime!

We worked recently with Jessica at Bursch Travel on a trip to Kauai. The resort was top notch and everything went smoothly from our airline flights to the car rental to our resort stay. Not to mention that the price on our package deal was very reasonable for a truly wonderful vacation. I book all of our trips through Jessica and wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Jessie was our travel agent, and I can’t stress enough, SHE IS AWESOME! We went on our first cruise, and she made it easy and seamless for us. From the flight to the cruise ship and back again. Our excursions and the whole experience … I am extremely grateful. Alaska was everything it is advertised to be and more.

Jill Ward did a phenomenal job! My husband and I had a honeymoon planned to Aruba through Jill! When we were at the airport, our flight got canceled just 1 hour before we were supposed to board the plane with no more flights heading out there for a few days. I called Jill, and she had a whole new trip in Cancun booked for us within the same afternoon! A devastating start to the honeymoon turned into the best vacation I’ve ever had! 100% plan on going through Jill again! She gave us great guidance, and helped us tremendously when things weren’t going right and were out of our control!

Karen did an amazing job setting up our get a way to Reno. We stayed at the Atlantis which was incredible.Great friendly people, newly remodel room and light breakfast, afternoon snacks and light bits early evening. So glad we decided on Atlantis as we walked to Peppermill, which was nice, but Atlantis was more of that local feel resort/casino. Thanks Karen!

We recently worked with Kassondra at Bursch Travel for our family trip to Barcelona. We chatted over the course of a few days of what my family’s wishes were for this amazing trip and once Kassondra had all the information, she went to work. She set us up in an amazing hotel, worked to get the cheapest flights with decent departure times and continued to be in touch throughout the process. The trip went off without a hitch! Kelly Dahl-Thomas did an Awesome job in planning my family’s trip to Norway and Sweden. When I started the process, I reached out and said I wanted to see as much as possible and she proceeded to come up with an amazing Itinerary! The hotels she set us up in were clean and comfortable and in Amazing central locations in all the cities we stayed. We just got back from a wonderful Viking Cruise down the Rhine River. It all started with Lisa Ackerman at Bursch Travel Agency. She did an outstanding job from top to bottom getting us educated, organized and booked for our first ever trip to Europe. Roechelle with Bursch Travel was AMAZING! From the beginning when we booked our trip to the very end, she was always available to conference when we had questions. She helped us find a vacation that was in our budget. When all the shenanigans in Mexico began, she was able to allay our concerns and give us real time information regarding the area we were going. When we went to book our excursions, she was able to provide first hand information about most of them! Hands down best vacation booking experience ever! She checked in on us to make sure we got home safely and that our trip was great! She wanted to make sure that we did not have any problems and if we did she wanted to make sure they got fixed. This was our first time on a Group tour and also using a Travel Agent/Service and Bursch Travel did not disappoint at all! Sandie was phoenominal to work with.
