What Our Clients Say About Their Travel Advisors
Aime M – Waite Park
I have never worked with an agency before. I am absolutely astounded by the ease of making our vacation happen. All I had to do was request time off of work and the rest was done. I will recommend Aime a thousand times over. -Emily F.
Misty D. – Rochester
“As many of us in 2020, we had planned a trip on a riverboat down the Rhine river. Fast forward to 2022 we were not only able to take the riverboat cruise but also extend our European trip. We reached out to Misty Dobler (a dear friend) and travel consultant with Bursch Travel for assistance.
I sent her the countries we wanted to see and how long we wanted to stay in each country. Misty set up the entire trip (8 countries) along with all the activities, hotels, and transfers between the countries. Everything Misty touched was perfect. We had zero worries about anything. Misty had thought of everything. She was even there when our return to the US was delayed due to a positive Covid test.
Because the cruise was set up through a different travel company, we were able to see the glaring differences between what Misty had set up and the other company. We are now Bursch travelers for life.”
– Jill A.

Kristi Flaten – Granite Falls
Kristi is by far the most knowledgeable, thorough, and caring travel planner I have had the pleasure to work with. I plan many of my own trips, but when I need help with complex itineraries and multiple travelers, I wouldn’t dare use anyone else. She has my business for life. – Scott & Lisa G.
