With 15 years at Bursch Travel and her role as Director of Vacation Travel, Jess brings extensive destination knowledge and professional travel-planning experience to help clients explore the world.
Jess specializes in adventure and active travel, with destination knowledge spanning Peru, the United Kingdom, Antarctica, Riviera Maya, and Jamaica.
An avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast, Jess has completed two Backroads biking trips, combining her passion for cycling with the opportunity to explore destinations from a different perspective. That personal knowledge helps her understand what travelers are looking for when planning biking and other adventure-focused vacations.
Jess has also journeyed to Antarctica aboard Silversea’s Antarctica Bridge Fly & Cruise expedition, adding expedition cruising and one of the world’s most remote destinations to her extensive travel background.

Meet Jessie
Jessie brings a strong customer-service and problem-solving background to her role as a travel advisor with Bursch Travel’s Rapid City team. Before beginning her career in travel, she spent six years in the insurance industry, where she developed skills in customer care, organization, and helping people navigate complex situations.
Since joining Bursch Travel in 2025, Jessie has been building her professional travel-planning experience while helping clients turn their vacation ideas into workable plans.
One of the more complex trips she has helped coordinate involved navigating an international visa process for a client. The experience gave her an opportunity to work through detailed travel requirements and reinforced the importance of careful research and planning when an itinerary involves additional documentation.
Backed by the knowledge and resources of the experienced Bursch Travel team, Jessie continues to expand her destination knowledge and travel-planning expertise.

Celine supports all Bursch Travel offices and their travel advisors while bringing valuable firsthand international travel experience to the team.
Celine lived in the United Kingdom for three years and used that opportunity to explore Europe, traveling to eight countries during her time abroad. Those experiences gave her an appreciation for the variety of cultures, destinations, and experiences travelers can discover throughout Europe.
