What did you do prior to Bursch Travel? I've been working in the industry for over 30 years. I was a travel counselor with Horizon Travel for 27 of those years!
What are your travel related specialties? Honeymoons, Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii and Europe.
What do you do for fun when you're not traveling? I enjoy cooking, biking, walking and entertaining friends.
I'm sure your travel bucket list is long. What destinations are at the top? Italy, Greek Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, and taking a river cruise.
Share something fun about yourself that none of us would know! I lived in 15 different places before I was in 1st grade. I went sky diving at 52 and the highest zip line (St. Maarten) at 55!
Years at Bursch Travel: 1 year. After 23 years at the Mayo Clinic, I am turning my passion for travel into my career.
What parts of the world do you know best? My husband's family lives in Belfast so we try to visit as much as we can. Because of that, I know Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland & Scotland the best.
What do you do for fun when you're not traveling? I enjoy reading, binging on Netflix, and investigating new things.
What destinations are on your bucket list? Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Egypt.
What's your favorite destination and why? I love Belfast because it's not what people expect, based upon its history. I also love Paris and Amsterdam for their architecture and museums.
