Tuesday, Dec 29, 2026 – Arrive in Orange County at your Leisure
- Welcome Dinner at the Hilton Hotel Costa Mesa – A welcome dinner is planned as you settle in for your stay.
Wednesday, Dec 30, 2026 – Rose Parade Float Decorating Tour
- After breakfast, watch the final touches being added to the parade floats before enjoying lunch at Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills. Then set off on a Hollywood Studio Tour, where you’ll take a guided look inside a working studio, see where movie magic happens, and discover the rich history of the film industry.
Thursday, Dec 31, 2026 – Beach Time!
- After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a relaxed morning in Huntington Beach, known as “Surf City USA” — stroll the iconic pier, browse local shops, or take a leisurely walk on the beach and put your feet in the Pacific. Then it’s off to nearby Newport Harbor for a scenic cruise with lunch served onboard. We’ll return to the hotel with time to freshen up and get ready for tonight’s elegant New Year’s Eve gala celebration. The evening is filled with elegant dining, dancing, and the fun of a live “Monte Carlo” style casino. There will be hats, tiaras, party favors, a drawing for exciting prizes, and a champagne toast to ring in the new year!
Friday, Jan 1, 2027 – Happy New Year!
- Enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel before heading to Pasadena for reserved premium grandstand seating along Colorado Boulevard as the Rose Parade passes by. A souvenir program and blanket are included. After the parade, you’ll return to the hotel for a special Backyard Style BBQ. You will have some free time to relax before joining us in the ballroom in the late afternoon for an exclusive performance.
Saturday, Jan 2, 2027 – Departure Day
- After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll travel back to Pasadena to see the floats on display at the spectacular “Showcase of Floats” event. We’ll then depart for John Wayne Orange County Airport. Schedule return flights after 1:30pm.
