This resort is adults only, all suite resort with extraordinary service and amenities. Suites offer Jacuzzis, butler and concierge service which extends to the pool and beach areas. European bedding, turn down service. Fully stocked mini bar replenished daily, 24 hour room service, personalized menu. A State of the art Spa with pool in separate building with all the amenities. The Grand has a large collection of Art pieces displayed throughout the complex. Neo Classic Design, the exterior architecture is Roman. The interior features staircases and wide marble corridors. The decor of each junior suite is bright and features rich woods, sitting area separated by one step, large balconies.
4 specialty restaurants with national and international drinks. Italian, Gourmet, Oriental and Steak/ Seafood. Main buffet dining and Beach restaurant. The Iberostar has a total of five resorts together, and guests staying at the Grand may take advantage of all resorts, however none of the other resorts can enter the Grand Hotel. Iberostar has its own shopping center, which has high-end merchandise and some local vendors. Iberostar also has its own golf course P.B Dye, free one round of golf for 3-4 night stay and two rounds for 5 nights or more. 3 pools, one salt water pool with swim up bar, one heated outdoor and one heated indoor pool. Banana boats rides, Parasailing, Kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling, tennis, volleyball, basketball, archery, included The beach was beautiful with white sand, no seaweed, no rocks. The evening shows were wonderful. The service was outstanding.If you order room service, or if you order a sandwich on the golf course tipping is discretionary . Guests that want luxury, service, new spectacular resorts, golf, and gourmet restaurants would love this resort. 30 minutes from Cancun airport. We all thought this hotel was fantastic WOW!
