Now Riviera Cancun

Trip to Now Riviera Cancun April 7-12th. Booked with Bursch Travel Delta Vacations. Family trip with kids 13,12,10, and 4
Resort is 25 minute drive south of Cancun airport and 25 min north of Playa Del Carmen new resort built 3 years ago
Service: Very good at the restaurants and bar areas. Front desk was easy to check in and out, but slow for help during the stay.
Food: Very good French, Mexican, Italian, and Fine Dining for adults only. The Asian with the grill at our table was our favorite.
Entertainment: Excellent the shows were all good and the daily activity was good but few people got involved. The fire show at night was our favorite. The kids club was open from 9:00am to 9:30pm some kids would stay all day and they fed them too. Our little girl did a few activities but wanted to be with us.
Pool and Beach: Excellent best pools I have seen. 2 infinity pools and some are chained together so you go from pool to pool without getting out. 2 pool bars and they served as our entertainment during the day watching the other adults after a day of drinking. The beach was very clean and the sand was wonderful, a few rocks on one end but not a big deal. Not real calm water but the kids love doing the boogie board on the waves. There is a wonderful reef about a quarter mile out. Beach has 2 bars on it too.
Rooms: Excellent large rooms with huge bathrooms and living area. Some rooms have a view of a swamp on the back side but ours was oceanview and alot are pool view. Walls were thin though and hall noise was a little problem. We were so tired at night that it didn't matter.
Overall this trip for us was awesome and very enjoyable. This resort offers everything from romance to kid friendly. If you are upscale and want to be waited on hand and foot then maybe it wouldn't be for you. We are a blue collar family and loved the Mexican people and how friendly they are.
