I wanted to let everyone know about the great service we got from Mary Jo at Bursch Travel Austin, MN. She booked our honeymoon to
Jamaica
this past August at a Sandals resort. Unfortunately during our honeymoon we were greeted by hurricane Gustav. We heard the airlines were cancelling flights and we didn't know what to do the day we were suppose to check out. To my surprise Mary Jo contacted us in our room and advised that we had an extra night in the hotel at no additional cost, and she even took care of booking us new return flights. I was so happy to have an extra night on our honeymoon even though the weather wasn't great. To top it off, when I went to the front desk at the hotel I saw numerous amounts of people panicking because they had purchased their trip online and they had no one helping them! I have so many wonderful things to say about Mary Jo and travel agents in general. I will tell all my family and friends to come to Bursch if they have travel plans. It still goes to show, the only way to travel is with a travel agent…otherwise you really are on your own! Bursch Travel definitely met and exceed our expectations.
