Riviera Maya - Iberostar Quetzal

submitted by Todd & Amy Chantry clients of Bursch Travel St. Cloud

We had a great time at the Iberostar Quetzal. We had nice warm sunny weather and our trip went very smoothly, with no problems at all, from the flights to the transfers to the hotel. The beach was fantastic and had been extensively redone after the terrible erosion that had occurred in the last couple of years due to hurricanes and just wave action. The hotel staff was very friendly and the scenery was amazing. The hotel seemed busy, but not crowded at all, except for a day or two by the pool. The kids enjoyed the Kid's Club. Amy and Logan went swimming with the dolphins, but other than that we spent the time just doing things (or nothing at all!) at the resort. We like the all-inclusive aspect of it, never having to carry cash. The food was quite good at the buffets, and we really enjoyed the steaks at the steakhouse ala carte restaurant
